  • Role

Director Growth Marketing B2B SaaS / Demand Generation Manager

    Sub-Team

    Marketing

    – Could you market water to a fish, ice to an Eskimo, or hair care products to Micheal Jordan? 🙂

    – Do you love building B2B SaaS brands and accelerating growth by using the latest in marketing strategies to achieve big goals?

If so, then you have found your happy place, except you might hate how nice of a company we have – filled with happy, competent people that don’t put up with jerks. Frankly, it makes me sick of how positive, committed to getting better, and nice everyone is.

We are all work-from-home, long-term-minded, full-time. People are judged by their output, not by how much they suck up to the boss, and turnover is super low because the company believes that a happy team = happy customers = happy bank account. Simply disgusting, if you ask me. 🙂

I’m on the lookout for LONG TERM team members that care about our team culture, our customers, and improving their own skills and families’ lives.

    What is your company like?

    1. Long Term - Remote Work From Home. Just ask our team members that for +10 years have been working from home in their pajamas. As long as you show up, get your work done, and constantly get better, we’re happy.

    2. Complete Work/Life Balance. If you’re routinely working more than 45ish hours, you’re gonna get a friendly talking-to about loving yourself more. We want to operate at 100% capacity, which means that you need to rest and rejuvenate.

    3. You Can Be Yourself. You don’t have to put on a fake, professional face. You can just be yourself. You can talk freely to the CEO, and no one will think anything of it.

    4. We Are Committed to Operational Excellence Principles. We strongly believe in an open, organized, clearly communicated way of working so you and our customers can have a great experience every time. We are driven by clear SOPs with clear responsibilities and a results-driven transparent environment so that we don’t waste your or anyone's time.

    5. Strongly Anti-BS. Anybody in the company can (and is expected to) tell the CEO or their manager when he/she is wrong. There are no bureaucratic or BS rules getting in the way of getting great work done.

    6. No Micro-Management. Once you’re trained and have demonstrated you know your stuff, we are pretty hands-off. In fact, if you need external management to stay on-task and motivated, we probably aren’t the place for you.

    7. Supportive Environment. We don’t operate via intense stress or unreasonable top-down deadlines. Everyone wants you to be successful – internal politics are at a minimum here.

    8. No Toxic People Allowed. We try very hard to screen out mean people before they get in, but in case they slip through, we fire culture terrorists quickly. Imagine never having to interact with toxic people at work - how nice would that be?

    9. We’ll Invest in YOU and Your Development. We want you and everyone to get better constantly. You’ll be learning new things all the time, and are strongly encouraged to invest time every day to learn new things, improve your system/work process, and just generally try to make your life better. If you like Personal Development and people like Tony Robbins, Dale Carnegie, etc. You’ll have found your tribe. Welcome home.

    Success Coach/Business Analyst/ Product Management

    Sub-Team

    Product Management (Saas)

    – Do you have a passion for software, industrial technology and digital transformation?

    – Do you love learning a product deeply (extremely easy to learn), coming up with ideas on how to improve it and helping customers be successful via onboarding meetings or creating learning material?

    – Want to help people be safer, more productive and create a culture of empowerment within the largest companies in the world?

    – Do you have SaaS Success, Product Marketing or industrial operations experience (Safety, Reliability, Maintenance)?

    – Are you tired of the Corporate Bull Sh*t and want to join a fast-growing, high-pace industrial software company?

If so, then you have found your happy place, except you might hate how nice of a company we have – filled with happy, competent people that don’t put up with drama. Frankly, it makes me sick of how positive, committed to getting better, and nice everyone is. 🙂

We are all work-from-home, long-term-minded, full-time. People are judged by their output, not by how much they suck up to the boss, and turnover is super low because the company believes that a happy team = happy customers = happy bank account.
